We currently offer direct wine shipments to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, D.C, GA, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Please note that this list is subject to change due to the dynamic nature of wine shipping laws. If we cannot ship directly to your state, we may be able to provide you with a list of nearby stores in your area that carry our products.
During unusually hot or cold weather, limitations may be placed on shipment dates to preserve the quality of the wine and assure it arrives to you in optimal condition. Our team monitors weather conditions and refrains from dispatching wines that could be exposed to such extremes during transit. While we take precautions within our facility, we acknowledge that we have no control over wine quality once the shipment departs. Consequently, there is a possibility of wine damage during transit.
In cases where customers choose to ship wines during extreme temperature events, Badger Mountain Winery assumes no responsibility for damaged shipments or faults in the wine’s character, flavor, or appearance. Badger Mountain Winery will not replace wines damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. Upon pickup by the common carrier for delivery, Badger Mountain Winery no longer assumes responsibility for the wine’s condition.
UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. If the package is returned to the winery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipment return and the cost of the package re- shipment. An adult signature is required by a person at least 21 years old upon delivery. All alcohol sales are final.

State laws require someone 21 years of age or older to sign for the package at delivery, it is often preferable to ship to a business address.
UPS Ground is Badger Mountain Winery’s carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by UPS Ground at current market rates. We also offer expedited and alternate shipping services, by special request. Please contact the winery if you do not see a shipping option appropriate for your needs.
